About the Role

• We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for implementing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and increase market share.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, analyze market trends, and manage communications across multiple platforms to engage target audiences.

• Compiling informed reports to guide all marketing-related efforts.
• Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
• Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Proven ability to create and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong creative thinking with a focus on digital content.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
