Sandiez Collection is a fashion brand located in Lagos, Nigeria. We seek a skilled Marketing and Customer Experience Officer to join our team. This opening is ideal for a young, confident, well-spoken, social media savvy, passionate and driven individual who strives to be a part of a young, dynamic and ambitious team that is quickly growing into choice fashion brand in Nigeria.

• Managing and developing marketing campaigns on the company’s Instagram and WhatsApp platform
• Overseeing campaigns on social media.
• Reporting on trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.
• Researching and analysing data to identify and define audiences.
• Taking orders across from the company’s social media platforms
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Conducting market research to identify new ways to reach the company’s target market
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Communicating with customers through various channels (including store walk-ins)
• Communicating and coordinating with production and accounts team to ensure customers orders are processed

Prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage but not as important as the a deep sense of ownership, passion for the business, ability and willingness to learn, assuming added responsibilities with confidence and exemplifying a strong & positive attitude.
