Job Description

• As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support our overall business objectives.
• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience and a strong background in digital, social, and traditional marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Devise and implement strategic marketing plans to promote real estate projects and strengthen brand positioning.
• Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, sales, and external agencies to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring engaging content and effective community management.
• Traditional Marketing: Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, including print materials, events, and collaborations.
• Budget Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with traditional marketing methods, including print, events, and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
