Job Position: Metering Project Officer
Job Location: Corporate Headquarters, Lagos
Reporting To: Metering Project Office Lead

Role Purpose

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Management Officer to join our Metering Project Management Team. This role provides first-level support for metering-related complaints and project coordination under various metering schemes including MAP and NMMP.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to metering complaint escalations via email in line with established processes.
• Manage and track Service Requests (SRs) escalated on CRM, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
• Engage customers on metering issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with relevant units for process improvements.
• Document meeting minutes and distribute approved transcripts to participants.
• Maintain accurate records of SIM cards and their utilization under the MAP scheme.
• Coordinate requisition and delivery of work tools and resources for MAP projects, including meters and accessories.
• Track and document test meters submitted for Proof of Concept (POC).
• Log and monitor all project-related issues to ensure timely resolution.

Minimum Requirements

• First degree or equivalent diploma qualification.
• 0–2 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on resolutions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and project tracking tools.
