We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Legal Intern

Job Location: Oregun, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Job Responsibilities


  • Assist in researching legal issues related to paint manufacturing, such as regulatory compliance, product liability, and intellectual proper
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, such as supply agreements, distribution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Help ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations, such as SPON guideline
  • Assist in reviewing and updating product labels and safety data sheets to ensure compliance with regulations,
  • Assist in searching and analyzing trademarks, patents, and copyrights related to paint products and manufacturing processes.
  • Help maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records, both physical and digital.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate that has successfully completed Law school
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong Organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interestin corporate law and the specific industry of the company.

Experience:

  • The Legal Intern will support the legal/Directorate Offce in various tasks, including drafting, compliance, and administrative duties.
  • This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a deep understanding of the processes within a corporate environment.
