Job Position: National Operations Manager (Cleaning & Facility Management)
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• An experienced maintenance engineer or facility manager is required as national operations manager for cleaning and facility management services at client locations across the country
• Industrial Cleaning Operations - supervise all cleaning, pest control, gardening, laundry and other soft services provided by the soft services division for its clients
• Technical Services - Maintenance of company assets
• Projects and Projects Management
• Facility Management Operations - Plan, Design, Implement all preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for all power systems, mechanical, electrical, civil, plumbing, WTP, STP, HVAC, Lifts etc across client locations
• Business Development

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
