Job Position: Process Engineer

Job Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Performing risk assessments.
• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
• Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
• Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Relocation is required for persons living outside Umuahia.
• Ability to conduct research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing.
• Prior experience establishing safety procedures for people working with chemicals.
• Prior experience developing methods for separating components of gases and liquids or for generating electrical currents.
• Designing and planning equipment layout.
• Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production.
• Candidates must have ability to troubleshoot problems associated with manufacturing processes.
• Candidates must be able to evaluate processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
• Ability to draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.

Job Position: Administrative Service Manager

Job Location: Umuahia, Abia

Requirements

• Minimum of HND in Accounting, Marketing, Banking and Finance or any related field.
• At least 2 years experience.
• Prior experience using accounting and bookkeeping software.
• Ability to set goals and deadlines for the administrative department.
• Ability to develop, manage, and monitor records.
• Recommend procedures to improve operations, such as changing what supplies are kept or how to improve recordkeeping.
• Ability to monitor the facility to ensure that it remains safe, secure, and well maintained.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations.

Job Position: Corporate Services Manager

Job Location: Umuahia, Abia

Responsibilities

• Prior experiences preparing associated reports, and correspondence.
• Provide relevant information and support for the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
• Responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of plans, policies, and processes

Requirements

• Good background in Law and or Business Administration is required.
• At least 5 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to carry out analysis on complex resource management issues and initiatives that concern the organization.
• Prior experience representing an organization on internal and external matters, including negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings, and forums.
• Ability to develop and implement administrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation.

Job Position: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc. in Engineering or any related field.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing.
• Candidates must have leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Prior experience coordinating manufacturing operations.
• Ability to coordinate production planning, logistics and support services.
• Prior experiences overseeing the overall manufacturing process to ensure optimized production.
• Prior experience overseeing the planning and organization of production process and ensure availability of necessary material, equipment, and labor resources required for specific projects.
• Ability to prepare cost estimates and budget required for a manufacturing proposal.
• Conduct inspections to ensure production machinery are operational and efficient.
• Facilitate maintenance, repair or replacement of damaged equipment.
