1.) Chinese Translator (HSK5 Proficiency)

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Assisting the manager in daily communication with local employees.
  • Assist the manager in communicating with partners and customers.
  • Translation of daily documents and company management system.
  • Assist manager in workplace management
  • Assist the manager to find new partners and suppliers.
  • Other work as required by the manager

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of Chinese and English translation experience
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Chinese HSK 5 is preferred

Work Details:

  • Workdays: Monday - Saturday,
  • Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
  • Break Period: 12 pm - 1 pm

Benefit

  • Gross Salary: 200,000 - 450,000 Monthly. (basic pay, performance, Saturday pay is double the pay, Seniority allowance and Transport subsidy inclusive)
  • Public holiday is overtime pay paid times 3 for that day and still paid as statutory at the end of the month

2.) Tax Accountant

Job Location: Lagos

  • I am currently sourcing for a Tax Accountant with experience in Tax resolution.
  • Must reside within Ikeja, ketu, ojota and oregun axis.
  • Must have at least 3 years experience in tax resolution.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.

3.) Front Desk Officer

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Front Desk Officer is responsible for managing the front desk operations while ensuring the efficient collection of outstanding payments.
  • This role involves interacting with clients and customers in person and over the phone, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and assist customers or clients as they arrive at the front desk.
  • Provide information on billing and payment processes, answer queries, and direct clients to the appropriate department if needed.

Payment Processing:

  • Collect payments from customers in various forms (cash, credit card, etc.).
  • Issue receipts, process refunds, and record transactions accurately.
  • Ensure all collections are properly documented and reported to the finance department.

Debt Collection:

  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts to remind them of their payment obligations.
  • Negotiate payment plans with customers when necessary.
  • Track and follow up on all payment promises to ensure timely resolution.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all collections and interactions with customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection.

Administrative Duties:

  • Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Customer Service:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess an OND or equivalent; a Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in collections, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / Month.
