1.) Commercial Finance Manager

Job Summary
- You will be manager in a team responsible for the overall financial integrity and performance of a country, category, Supply Chain or FP&A.
- You will support the Senior Manager or Director in data collection to prepare business proposals, verify assumptions, check daily execution and support delivery of overall objectives and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting
- You may also have a direct report or manage third party providers resources.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage and execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Strategic Plan and Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondel?z International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. You will own data collection and verify data integrity.
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our policies.
- Help the senior manager and the business prepare critical financial data and insight that enable perspectives for business strategies and decisions.
- Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Contribute to a high-performing Finance team. You will also invest in personal development and the development of Finance peers and drive our Finance talent agenda within the organization, with a focus on local FP&A pipeline.

- Technical Expertise in financial planning and performance management including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs and investment decisions and cost management to achieve financial targets.

Requirements
Education / Certifications:

2.) Manager, Accounting & External Reporting

How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage elements of the monthly accounting close process including ensuring accurate and timely U.S. GAAP/local GAAP reporting and the timeliness and integrity of local financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations and KPIs. You will also provide insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow and support implementation of process change projects
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in your area of scope and ensure full compliance with our AER policies
- Coordinate accounting services and integrate them with operating needs. You will also provide and interpret data from accounting records as needed
- Lead projects to drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working on AER processes and systems such as SAP, SLAN and FIT/HFM reporting tools and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the team. You will also lead implementation efforts on new accounting guidance
- Build a high-performing Accounting and External Reporting (AER) team (Mondel?z International employees and Mondel?z International Business Services business partner). Depending on the nature of the role, your job may involve recruiting and developing talent across AER and to drive our AER talent agenda globally.
More About this Role
- Manage all accounting and external reporting matters for your assigned country, including ensuring accurate and timely U.S. GAAP reporting and the timeliness and integrity of statutory financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and KPIs. You will also provide insights into balance sheet movements and cash flow and ensure account reconciliations, intercompany charges, fixed assets, and restructuring are signed off for your assigned country.
- Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment in the country and ensure full compliance with our AER policies.
- You will act as our primary contact with our external auditor for the country
- Address complex accounting topics in coordination with the Business Unit or Region Controller and ensure timely adoption of all U.S. GAAP Accounting Standards in the country.
- Drive for harmonization, efficiencies and improvements to ways of working on AER processes and systems such as SAP and build a mindset of continuous improvement in the country team.
Education / Certifications
- University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- CPA/ ACCA.
Job specific requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting and controlling having worked in a similar environment / role for at least 12 months
- FMCG Experience advantageous
- SAP Experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage / lead and collaborate with cross functional teams.

3.) Shift Electrician

- As expert you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment.
- That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.
- You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and non-technical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Partner & Enable the line leader(s) to deliver the SQCDSM targets-Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale for the lines, to ensure Process stability; Participates in the DMS- Daily Management systems meetings at the shift and line level
- Own the technology and process and centerline settings for the equipment and process and have deep technical mastery of the process and equipment; Owns the PM-Progressive maintenance systems and work processes and the PM-Progressive Maintenance Key Performance Indicators for the line/s along with Centerline Management systems; owns the R&M-Repairs & Maintenance budget of the line
- Develop, own and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans and build capability of the team to execute themselves; Build (spends at least 50% of time) technical and maintenance skills of the technicians working in the shifts, so that they are able to operate and maintain their equipment themselves; be part of the PM Pillar, own all PM systems and work process at the line level and lead some of them at the department level
- Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks; be responsible for Change Management on the line/s, localization of spares and proper break-down analysis and R&M cost reduction for the line/s; Represents the department/line/s as the site technology owner in the regional and global technology forums
- Assist in VSU for the new initiatives and enable the VSU team; Help the line leader in internal and external benchmarking and reapplication; be the subject matter expert on one of the component categories and be a trainer of PM related subjects for the plant.

- Education / Certifications: OND in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in Generator Operations, Electrical and Mechanical Fitting Jobs, and Ability to operate Boilers and Compressors. Experience in a Water Treatment Plant will be a plus.
- Must be conversant with Power Switching techniques.
