We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:
1.) Sales Manager
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- We are is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and develop strong relationships with customers and partners.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee and manage daily sales activities and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
Education and Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or management are an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Other Requirements:
- Must possess basic IT skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos State, or be willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry trends is an added advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a professional attitude.
Remuneration
N100,000 - N150,000 per Month (based on experience and performance).

2.) Pharmacy Technician
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- We are looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team.
- The successful candidate will assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately.
- Provide guidance to customers on the proper use of medications and over-the-counter products.
- Maintain accurate patient records and process prescriptions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of medications.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and address concerns related to pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies regarding the handling and dispensing of medications.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to maintain a clean, organized, and functional workspace.
- Assist in managing pharmacy operations, including cash handling and maintaining accurate records.
Educational Qualifications
- A Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies from a recognized institution.
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail or healthcare setting.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Remuneration
N70,000 - N100,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

- The ideal candidate will oversee financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- This role is open to qualified female candidates passionate about driving excellence in accounting and finance.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow and develop strategies to optimize financial performance.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of staff salaries.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT, PAYE, and corporate taxes.
- Reconcile bank statements and oversee all financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial data.
- Assist in audits and implement recommendations to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial practices with company objectives.
Educational Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAN/ACCA certification (or progress toward certification) is an added advantage.
Experience
