We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Purpose

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of the organization’s operations that will allow it to continue to grow and fulfill its mission.

Duties


  • Generate ideas and develop strategies aimed at executing the plans of the organization as well as complement the organization’s overall goal.
  • Liaise with all organization’s unit heads in execution of projects and programs.
  • Coordinate the back office in executing all organization projects and programs.
  • Plan for upcoming programs or projects and oversee their successful execution.
  • Coordinate Christian camp meetings, conferences across cities and nations, outreaches and support for the less privileged as well as media outreaches.
  • Supervise team responsible for website update and sales of materials online.
  • Represent the organization in formal administrative meetings as directed by the President.
  • Participate in project planning and budgeting process.
  • Supervise the daily administration of the organization's office and the execution of board resolutions.
  • Oversee the staffing of the organization, hiring, training, employee benefits, and the retention of employees.
  • Monitor internal processes, identify and employ the most efficient methods of running the organization.
  • Coordinate partners’ relationship and communications to ensure optimum involvement and commitment of all partners to the mission and activities of the organization.
  • Submit monthly report of activities and key achievements of the organization to the President.
  • Identify, and coordinate application for grants that can support the organization’s financial needs.
  • Attend the organization’s annual leaders retreat.

Requirements
Education:

  • Minimum of first Degree (B.Sc/HND) in any field. Candidate who studied Human Resources, Business Administration or Management has an edge.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in similar role
  • Experience in managing operations of non-profit organization

Skills:

  • Demonstrated competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant Microsoft office tools
  • A pro-active leader, communicator and team player
  • Adaptable, resourceful, self-motivated and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to problem-solve both big picture and day-to-day issues
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all relevant stakeholders in clarity and professionalism

Salary

  • N100,000 - N150,000/month.
