Job Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations across multiple outlets, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• You will supervise restaurant teams, manage inventory and processes, and drive profitability in line with QSR standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent quality, hygiene, and service standards
• Manage restaurant staff performance, scheduling, and operational discipline
• Monitor inventory, stock usage, and cost controls across all outlets
• Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and operational procedures
• Analyze operational reports and implement strategies for improved efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field with 4–6 years of experience in QSR operations or multi-branch retail management
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational planning skills
• Excellent understanding of food safety, inventory control, and customer service standards
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple locations
