PrisDav Consulting - Our client in the Logistics Industry is recruiting suitably qualified candidate who would be responsible for running the day to day activities of the company to fill the position below:

Job Position: Operations Manager
Job Location: Ajah, Lagos.
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Must be agile, proactive and creative.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.
• Assist HR with recruiting, train and supervise when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with the top management to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management or related field.
• 4 years of Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Qualified candidates must reside within Lekki / Ajah axis.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial management.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
