Position Summary

• As the Operations Manager, you will oversee core business processes, manage teams, optimize systems, and ensure that operational goals align with the company’s strategic objectives. You’ll report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in improving performance, productivity, and profitability.

Qualifications

• BSc or HND in any related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in operations management or general management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make data-driven decisions

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
