Job Position: Operations Manager

Job Description

• We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee TSL Metroline passenger transport operations; drive service efficiency; and manage the bus fleet and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage staff, addressing HR issues in line with company policies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and review processes affecting on-road operations
• Oversee bus operations, maintenance, and servicing
• Collaborate with other departments on operations processes
• Prepare and manage budgets, providing updates throughout the year

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a University Degree with a minimum 8 years in a bus transport company, with 3+ years in a management role
• Recognized certificate of professional competence in a relevant discipline
• Membership of a recognized professional body.
