Ibukun Olaniyiojo & Co (Chartered Accountants) - Our client, a leading player in the Construction / Real Estate Sector, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Payroll / Fixed Asset Accountant 

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description 

• Administer, processes, and manages the payroll systems while ensuring that all monthly variations are well documented, reconciled and evidenced on the system.
• Responsible for preparation of monthly schedules in respect of the general ledger balances related to staff cost/ payroll, staff benefits, accruals, loans and all other related staff cost/expense items.
• Administer and manages the fixed assets module of the ERP.
• Responsible for maintenance of comprehensive fixed assets register and monthly preparation of fixed asset status report.
• Responsible for accounting for fixed assets and construction project in progress in line with standards.

Qualifications / Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
• ACA qualification.
• 2 to 3 years experience in similar job positions

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly
