Job Description

• We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
• The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive and resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• You will be required to showcase exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to effortlessly manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Managing the CEO's schedule and calendar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handling personal errands and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO.
• Collaborating with other members of the executive team and providing support as needed.
• Exercising sound judgment and decision-making skills in handling sensitive and critical situations.
• Coordinating and organizing special events, conferences, and executive-level meetings.
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion when handling confidential matters.
• Managing and maintaining the CEO's documents, records, and office supplies.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

Qualifications

• First Degree in Business Management or any other relevant field
• Maximum of 2 years of experience same role
