Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team.
• As an HR Trainee, you will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.
• This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
• Screen resumes and shortlisting candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Help with maintaining positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Support HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
• Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.
• Assist in payroll management.
• Assist in the management of employee’s compensation and benefits.
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in the management of employee benefits and compensation records.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: No prior experience required, but internships or volunteer work in HR or related fields is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
