Prize Fulfillment Executive

Genesis Studios is a household name in the Nigeria Media and Entertainment Industry that specializes in TV/Film content production, Media Solutions, Broadcast and Marketing. The Company was incorporated in 2006 with the aim of being regarded as the best television content production house, a source of premium content for local/foreign stations, cable networks and media organizations in Nigeria and internationally.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Prize Fulfillment Executive
Job Location: Lagos

Position Summary

• We are currently in search of a Prize Fulfillment Executive for our new game show. The core functions of the individual would be to ensure that prizes won on the game show get to the winners at the agreed time.

Job Description

• Work with the Store Manager to keep inventory of the items in the store.
• Ensure that the correct prizes get to the appropriate winners.
• Keep proper records of winners and prizes given to each winner.
• Ensure that delays in delivering of prizes to winners are appropriately communicated to them.
• Proactively developing relationships with sellers to ensure up-to-date information on prizes.

Required Competencies/Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Sc/HND in a Social Science course.
• Professional Experience: Two (2) years working experience as a Customer Service, Client Service or Prize Fulfillment Executive role.
• Communication Skills: Must be sound in both verbal and written communication.
• Innovativeness and Drive: Must be innovative and have the ability to generate and act on new ideas.
• Sociable: Must have a friendly disposition to make room for generating long lasting relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Record Keeping: Must be sound at document handling and record keeping.
• Numerate: Must be able to work quickly with numbers.
