Job Position: Procurement / F&B Supervisor

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Source and procure food and beverages from approved suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize waste.
• Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Supervise food and beverage staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in procurement, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience with inventory management software and excellent knowlegde in microsoft office use (Excel)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
