Job Position: Procurement Manager

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilties

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and trends.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to avoid shortages or excesses.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Analyze supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to improve service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
• Prepare reports on procurement activities and present findings to management.
