Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and management of medical supplies, equipment, and services. 
• The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective procurement, maintain supplier relationships, and uphold quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for medical equipment, reagents, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable vendors to ensure cost savings and timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent shortages.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC, SON) and internal procurement policies.
• Manage procurement budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and contracts for audits and compliance purposes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, in the healthcare or diagnostics sector is non-negotiable
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
