Job Position: Production Manager
Job Location: Kirikiri Apapa, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Supervising and managing the work of junior staff.
• Ensure production data are accurately maintained.
• Ensure waste properly mitigated.
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Ensuring that GMP are met
• Determining quality control standards.
• Ensuring production processes are followed up.
• Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as production supervisor.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.

Remuneration
N200,000 Net
