Job Position: Production Manager

Job Location: Umuahia, Abia
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• Training in Engineering, Applied Science, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in industrial process operations or comparable level of responsibility.
• Ability to coordinate all production activities and operations.
• Prior experience planning and operationalizing production schedules.
• Technical management, supervision and control of industrial production.
• Ability to motivate, support and provide guidance to production staff.
• Unwavering commitment to operational excellence AND safety.
• Demonstrable industrial leadership experience.
• Prior experience overseeing production processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical ability to contribute meaningfully and directly to ongoing development and production projects.
• Ability to schedule regular maintenance for equipment.
• Ability to collaborate with management to conceive and deliver scientific and technical objectives.
• Prior training or experience in Six Sigma or similar productivity improvement (would be advantageous).
• Ability to relocate to Umuahia, Abia State.
