Job Position: Professional Assistant

Job Location: Apapa, Lagos

Description


  • Provide high-level administrative, organizational, and operational support to senior executives or management to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain records and files.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-ups.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Monitor and track project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Provide administrative support in budget preparation, expense tracking, and procurement activities.
  • Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the executive or management.
  • Data Analytics background

Requirements
Qualifications:

  • Minimum requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum requirement: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in an executive or administrative support role.
  • Added Advantage: Experience supporting senior executives in a corporate setting.

The Person Must Have:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules, tasks, and priorities efficiently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling correspondence, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and general administrative systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to multitask, anticipate needs, and provide proactive support to senior executives.
  • A calm, resourceful, and adaptable approach to handling fast paced and demanding work environments.
