Job Position: Project Management Intern

Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking to hire a highly energetic and intelligent project management intern that will be involved with all our projects and manage client/stakeholder relationships.
• The ideal candidate should be a fast learner with a great enthusiasm for business and in turn we provide an opportunity for growth,a comfortable workspace. and vast exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate flow of essential information among company team members and clients.
• Maintain project calendar and milestones.
• Ensure deliverables/milestones are met before or in line with their stripulated deadlines.
• Perform deep research and analyse data to profer solutions for project deliverables.
• Schedule meetings and take note of all key resolutions.
• Ensure strict compliance and execution of developed strategies until specific problem has been solved.
• Prepare strategy documents as may be required from projects including development of business plan, marketing plan, concept note etc.
• Interface with clients on a reguar basis for debriefing and data collection as the project may require.
• Prepare reports and carry out project documentation.
• Provide input for development of new resource planning tool and resourcing process.
• Manage, supervise and control multiple projects through their project life cycle.
• Participate in all training and engagements as organized by the company.

Qualification/requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or any other related field.
• Must have graduated with a first class
• Highly energetic and self-motivated.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 / month.
