Job Brief


  • The Project Manager ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience managing cross-functional teams, clients, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets; allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients
  • Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed
  • Ensure safety standards are met on site
  • Communicating project status to stakeholders
  • Resolve issues and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Team Coordination: Lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet industry and company quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; provide regular updates and manage expectations.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Timeline Management: Track milestones, monitor progress, and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Closure & Evaluation: Finalize documentation, obtain client/stakeholder acceptance, and capture lessons learned.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:Act as the primary liaison, coordinating with clients, design teams, engineers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Design Oversight:Oversee the development of design concepts, construction documentation, and technical specifications to meet project goals.
  • Team Leadership:Lead and mentor project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, to ensure productivity and successful delivery.
  • Quality and Compliance:Ensure projects adhere to aesthetic and technical standards, as well as all relevant building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Track project performance using appropriate tools, KPIs, and performance frameworks.

Requirements, Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are highly valued
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or project management roles
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and teams simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve design and construction issues promptly.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations.
