Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate end-to-end project delivery within our telecommunications and internet service operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects related to network deployment, service expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and operational improvements, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver telecom and ISP-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Network Operations, Technical Support, Vendors, and Business Development.
• Oversee network rollout projects such as fiber deployment, site installations, last-mile connectivity, and service activations.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards across all project activities.
• Manage third-party contractors and vendors, including performance monitoring and service level adherence.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation, handover, and post-implementation review of completed projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and delivery efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience managing projects within a telecommunications or ISP environment.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, fiber deployment, and telecom service delivery processes.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary
N600,000 - N650,000 monthly.
