Position: Project Manager

in Ibesse, Ogun State
Division/Department: Construction

  • Work Experience: 5 to 7 years
  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in construction management
  • Project Management experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft project
  • Analytical skills

Your Basic Duties

  • To ensure a zero level of pilfering is maintained amongst project supervisors company wide.
  • To head the disciplinary committee that would deal with issues of integrity, ethics and misconduct amongst the project supervisors.
  • To reduce cost of construction through research and development sessions with other project supervisors
  • Prepares yearly budgets on projects and also prepares yearly accruals on awarded contracts by regular data collation and proper documentation.
  • To prepare overall work program for specific projects
  • Reports to Directors
  • Responsible as the technical head in charge of ensuring that all project work is executed to the highest technical standards.
  • To co-ordinate and manage project supervisors
  • To deliver the required quality of work company wide
  • To devise strategies and methodologies for continuous improvement of material management.
  • To foster research and development that would result in more economic methodology of construction as regarding ethical and cultural standards.
