We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Officer

Job Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Monitor Calls done at the call centre to ensure it is of industry standard
• Ensure Customer Service Department is functioning with Industry Standard
• Coordinate the activities of Call agents to enure productivity.

Qualification

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND / OND / NCE qualification.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Maximum of 32 years of age.

Working Hours and Time:

• Working days are from Mondays to Fridays plus 2 compulsory Saturdays in a month (interchanged).
• Resumption Time is 9am - 5:30pm.

Salary and Benefits

• The Basic salary is N50,000 Monthly asides commission such as the Performance Bonus, Holiday Overtime, Weekend Overtime, Weekend
• Staff are also entitled to benefits like the HMO, Pension Incentive, 13th month salary.
