We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control / Production Manager

Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure production meets standard.
• Establish and manage quality control process throughout production lifecycle.
• Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to optimize production process.
• Identify potential risks to production schedules and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Train and eductae staff on production standards.
• Develop and implement production plans.
• Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a positive work culture and ensuring that team members are well-trained and aligned with production goals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of experience.
• Resident of Surulere and environs only.
• Must have worked in a NAFDAC approved food production company.

Salary
N100,000 / Month Reviewed upwards after 6 month probation.
