We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Part-time
‌Work Field‌: Engineering / Civil / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Electrical / Petrochemical Industries
‌Work Experience‌: 3 - 30 years

Job Responsibilities

  • Mineral Rights Application and Approval‌
  • Organize the application, registration, renewal, and amendment of exploration and mining rights to ensure compliance with regulations. Track approval progress.
  • Mineral Rights Renewal and Maintenance‌
  • Regularly inspect the status of mineral rights to ensure legal compliance.
  • Policy Research and Compliance Management‌
  • Monitor mining policies and regulations, formulate compliance strategies, and mitigate legal risks. Participate in the resolution of mineral rights disputes to protect company interests.
  • Field Exploration
  • Possess field exploration experience in mining.

Job Requirements

  • Educational Requirement‌: Bachelor's Degree in Geology
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in mining and exploration, familiar with the business of the Nigerian Mining Bureau and Ministry of Mines.
  • Must hold the qualification from the Council of Mining and Earth Scientists (COMEG) of Nigeria.
  • Loyal to the company, able to work stably and long-term, honest and trustworthy, with good professional ethics and no record of fraudulent behavior.
  • Quick-thinking, fluent language, standard English accent.
  • Experience in international companies is preferred, knowledge of Chinese is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and proactively, with good work habits, able to plan, execute, and report work on time, forming a work loop.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills, able to listen, and excellent interpersonal and social skills.

Salary
