Oceanville Estate was launched as a real estate service primarily for residences in Africa and diasporas. It provides services to high network individuals and businesses who desire to possess, build and manger an asset portfolio  of their own in Africa and in other countries, stating with properties across Nigeria and Dubai.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Real Estate Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are on the lookout for an articulate manager to drive marketing and sales efforts for a real estate company located on the Island.

Responsibilities

• Use various marketing tools to achieve the sale of the Company's properties.
• Manage a team of marketers to achieve result/target.
• Create awareness with real estate agents, developers and other professionals to market and sell the Company's properties.
• Management of Company's property portfolio.
• Good knowledge of real estate markets and best practices is key.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc in Estate Management, Quantity Surveyor or any related field.
• 3 or more cognate experience as a Real Estate / Facility Manager.
• Proven track of successful Facility Maintenance record.
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skill.
• A target driven mindset.
• Decision making skills.
• Must be innovative and creative.
• Ability to improve and develop business sales.
• Ability to increase organizations customer base.
• Ability to build and manage a team.
