Job Position: Real Estate Sales Agent 
Job Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description

• We are currently in search of “real estate agents” for our client for their real estate business in Port-Harcourt.

Responsibility

• They will be responsible for closing deals on the opportunities for the sale of land and building properties all around Port-Harcourt, Rivers State.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND Holder (Must have completed NYSC)
• Must be resident in Port-Harcourt
• Must have passion for sales
• Must be smart, outspoken with a good dress sense.
• Candidates must have experience in real estate sales in Port-Harcourt
• Computer literate and knows MS word, MS PPT etc
• Knows about social media and marketing
• A Can do attitude
• Good Presentation skills
• Some experience in real estate.

Remuneration

• Basic Salary is 30, 000 monthly with Transport Allowance, HMO, Pension.
• Successful candidates will be entitled to a 3% commission on sales made every month.
• Successful candidates should be ready to resume immediately (November 2018) in Port Harcourt.
