Job Description

• We are seeking a diligent and results-driven Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding/past due loans, ensuring minimal loss to the organization.

Responsibilities

• Tracking of all customers’ accounts to identify outstanding or past due loans
• Strategize on course of action to recover due and unpaid loans
• Locate and contact debtors with a view to ensuring prompt payment of loans.
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handling of all loan recovery related questions or complaints

Qualifications:

• Minimum BSc / HND.
• 2-3 years of experience.

Salary
N120,000 - N130,000 / Month.
