Job Summary

• We are seeking a Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent for our clients and partners.
• This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about employer branding, has experience in recruitment marketing, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, job boards, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain a strong employer brand.
• Create and manage content for recruitment marketing campaigns, including job descriptions, videos, and blog posts.
• Analyze recruitment marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment marketing trends and best practices.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
