Job Description

  • We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Relationship Officer (HNI) to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment strategies, financial planning, and client relationship management.
  • This role involves developing customized investment portfolios, advising clients on financial decisions, and ensuring that their wealth management strategies align with their long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the client base. Participate in networking events and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and expand business.
  • Client Advisory: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences. Provide tailored investment advice and financial planning services.
  • Financial Planning: Assist clients with comprehensive financial planning, including retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and other financial matters.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze clients' investment performance. Provide updates and reports to clients, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
  • Investment Strategy: Develop and manage personalized investment strategies for clients, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and investment opportunities. Use this knowledge to make informed recommendations and adjustments to clients’ portfolios.
  • Compliance: Ensure all investment activities and advice adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and investment platforms.
  • Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
