Role Overview


  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to strengthen our financial operations and support continued business growth.
  • This role plays a critical part in managing the month-end close process, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate financial reporting.
  • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This position offers strong ownership, visibility into company financials, and the opportunity to expand into broader finance leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the month-end close process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
  • Oversee daily accounts payable activities, including invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reviews, and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
  • Maintain detailed supporting schedules and documentation for balance sheet accounts
  • Coordinate annual audits, including preparation of workpapers and serving as the primary liaison with auditors
  • Support tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including sales tax, VAT/GST, and income tax filings
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and internal controls

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including ownership of month-end close processes
  • Prior experience in SaaS or high-growth subscription-based businessesis strongly preferred
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including GAAP, revenue recognition, accrual accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including complex formulas and reporting templates
  • Hands-on experience with accounting and finance tools such asQuickBooks Online, Ramp, Stripe, or similar platforms
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and coachable with a proactive mindset
  • Fluency in English(CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5 required)

Bonus Qualifications

  • CPA designation or currently pursuing certification
  • Experience with international sales tax, VAT, or GST compliance.
