Job Position: Remote & Virtual Recruiter

Job Location: Lagos (Remote)

Job Description

• Writing detailed, clear job descriptions and posting them on a range of job boards to attract candidates.
• Communicating with each client and reviewing job descriptions to ensure an accurate shortlisting of candidates.
• Screening candidates and scheduling virtual interviews.
• Utilize various job boards and the internet to source candidates for placement at various client’s companies.
• Assisting with onboarding duties to help new staff during the transition process.

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a Virtual Recruiter or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Application Tracking System (ATS)
• Ability to work independently in fulfilling full lifecycle recruitment process.
