We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Research & Training Officer

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Research Initiatives:

• Conduct research on finance, tax, and Audit subject matters.
• Prepare comprehensive papers, reports, slides and presentations based on research findings.
• Analyze data and interpret trends to provide valuable insights to stakeholders and its members.

Training Program Coordination:

• Coordinate the development and delivery of training programs and workshops on related subject matters
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training content and materials.
• Organize logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registrations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• 1-2 years of experience performing related functions
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, PowerPoint and research tools.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
