We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Restaurant Manager
Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance.
• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food, service, and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back of house.

Requirements for the role

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N160,000 - N180,000 monthly
