About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant located along Chevron Alternative Route.
• The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, deliver excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and maintain high operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities.
• Ensure top-quality food and service delivery.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Report on sales, expenses, and profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound understanding of restaurant operations and customer service best practices.
• Must live around Chevron, Lekki, or nearby areas (no accommodation provided).

Salary
N300,000 net per month
