Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and proactive Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations.
• The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high food quality standards, drive sales through effective cross-selling, and keep the restaurant clean and well-organized at all times.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and staff activities
• Drive sales by promoting menu items and encouraging effective cross-selling
• Taste and inspect food before it is passed out for display or service to ensure quality and consistency
• Ensure the restaurant environment, kitchen, and service areas are clean, organized, and hygienic
• Monitor customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
• Ensure staff follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and safety rules
• Track stock levels and report shortages or issues to management
• Support staff training and improve team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of food service operations and customer service
• Ability to drive sales and motivate staff
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Neat appearance and good hygiene practices
• Ability to work under pressure and supervise a team.
