Job Position: Risk Management & Compliance Executive

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Industry: Financial Services

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage risk and compliance frameworks
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and AML/CFT requirements
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and financial risks
• Monitor transactions and internal controls for compliance
• Lead regulatory reporting, audits, and inspections
• Provide compliance advisory support to management.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Risk & Compliance within financial services
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
• Professional certifications are an advantage
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
