We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sale Administrator / Representative
Job Location: Ajao Estate, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator / representative to manage our purchase orders and invoices, production process, bagging and sealing of products marketing of products to supper stores and marts.
• In this role, you will verify customer information, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports.
• To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and administrative skills.
• Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent Service.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls from customer and implementing the order.
• Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
• Implementing order processing/assuring Validity of order (valid order, conditions as regards customer/staff indebtedness, payment terms, etc).
• Keeping records of sales and marketing activities.
• Communicating new company sales policies to field force/customers as per Standard operation policy.
• Keeping the office neat.
• Database management and communicating via SMS to relevant groups.

Requirements

• OND, ND, NCE, BSC, HND in Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Previous experience in sales admin or a similar role.
• Good marketing knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of administrative record keeping.
• Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office suite.
• Must reside within Ajao Estate, Oshodi/Isolo, Ejigbo or Idimu Axis.
