Sales Agronomist Officer Recruitment at SeedCo Nigeria Limited

SeedCo Nigeria is a joint venture seed company between Seed Co West Africa Limited and SARO Agrosciences Nigeria Limited that commenced operations in Nigeria in 2013. The company was saddled with the responsibility of revolutionizing the maize value chain by producing high-yielding hybrid maize varieties in Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Agronomist Officer
Job Location: Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The Sales Agronomist Officer Role will include but not limited to:

• The engagement of farmers and visitors to the sales node
• The ability to interact with customers and provide information on GAP
• Addressing customer complaints as it concerns seed sales
• Organize field days and link them to sales
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.SC in Agronomy or other related courses
• 0 -  3 years of work experience.

Relevant Skills includes:

• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent customer service relation skills
• Ability to work in the field and stay in the rural areas of the job location
• Ability to speak the local dialect of the job location will be an added advantage.
