About the Role

• Our client in the fashion industry is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to drive sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and support brand growth.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with walk-in and online customers, managing sales transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Drive in-store and online sales by promoting products and upselling where necessary.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate sales records.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Respond to messages, calls, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to meet sales targets.
• Keep track of daily sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure the store/showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing.

Requirements

• SSCE/OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media selling.
• Good problem-solving attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Goal-driven, with a positive and customer-centric mindset.

Salary
N120,000 (Gross) Monthly.
