We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Sales Manager (South South Region)

Job Location: Rivers

Job Responsibilities

• Promoting the company’s products to businesses, government parastatals, and rural communities
• Acting as the main point of contact with agents and distributors within the state.
• Preparing sales reports to be submitted to the management
• Promptly responding to customer requests.
• Maximizing the growth potential of the business within the Region
• Ensure that the sales team's needs are properly attended to and escalated when necessary to the state manager
• Organize market storms to drive sales
• Collecting customer feedback as well as market research.
• Fosternew Business to Government partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Marketing, Sales, or related fields)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a sales manager, ability to manage a team
• The ability to work under stress and resolve conflict.
• Must have lived and understood the operations of market structure in the South-South Region
• Must have solid practical experience in the power/energy industry
• Detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Sound organizational skills
• The ability to motivate staff and lead a team.
