Job Position: Sales Manager
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Develop and implement strategies to ensure the sales team achieve and exceed sales target.
• Recruit, train and manage the sales team.
• Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, identify market trends, understand clients requirements, and drive activations to ensure brand visibility and achieve the company's goals.
• Devise strategies to ensure retention of team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in Commercial, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
• 5-7 years of sales experience in real estate or insurance.
• Good selling, negotiating and influencing skills
• Result-oriented.
• Ability to commute to Lekki.
