Job Title: Sales Manager​

Job Description
Rapidly growing company is looking for a Sales Support and Logistics Specialist to coordinate and facilitate sales fulfillment. Primary focus is administrative and logistic support of inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating trucking, follow and update tracking info, investigate and resolve billing issues, place and update orders

Basic Duties

•     Process new customer set
•     Work with accounting to resolve Accounts Payable and Receivable issues
•     Perform other administrative duties as needed, i.e. collect data, build and input information into a spreadsheet
•     Offer assistant to all assigned sales reps via email or telephone within a timely manner
•     Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines
•     Provide exceptional customer service

•     Enter sales orders into database
•     Monitor sales orders with production planning
•     Coordinate with Sales and Production to ensure orders ship on time
•     Create Purchase Orders and purchase product from partnered vendors

Basic Requirements

•     Very strong skills in problem solving, decision making, and time management
•     Ability to work independently without consistent supervision
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Team oriented focus and a passion for excellence.

•     Associates business degree or HS diploma with 2 years relevant experience
•     Computer proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience with Sales Force Dot Com and Quick books is a plus
•     Highly detail oriented and keeping up in a fast paced environment is a must
•     Quick learner, self starter and a 'Can do' attitude
